Cream Cheese Spinach Puffs

Who’s ready to whip up something savory, cheesy, and downright delicious? Today, I am beyond excited to share one of my absolute favorite recipes with you—Cheesy Spinach Puffs!
These golden brown, flaky puff pastry appetizers are the perfect finger food for any occasion. Whether it’s a family gathering, a tea party, or simply a tasty snack for a movie night, these spinach puffs are sure to impress.

Plus, they’re super easy to make with simple ingredients you can find at your local grocery store.

On a side note, I have to be careful with these. I start eating them right off the baking sheet, and before I know it, I’ve gone a little bit overboard. Save some for the guests, Dana! Ha!

Just imagine biting into a delicious spinach puff with the perfect combination of spinach, cheese, and puff pastry that’s crispy on the outside, creamy, and flavorful on the inside.

Actually, did you know that these are actually from the Disney movie The Emperor’s New Groove? Apparently, they are Kronk’s spinach puffs! Who knew, right? I thought it was pretty awesome since Kronk is one of my favorites…

Anyway, whether you’re looking for a quick snack or a side dish, these little delights will hit the spot. I love how crispy and cheesy they are at the same time. Just a fair warning, they are REALLY tasty. You might need a double batch!
