Preparation
- Soften the cream cheese by leaving it out for about 30 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt. Mix again until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping or whipped cream for a lighter, fluffier dip.
- Spoon the dip into a serving bowl or shallow platter.
- Top with sliced strawberries on one side and blueberries on the other, leaving a little white space in the middle.
- Chill for 15 to 30 minutes if time allows, or serve immediately.
Notes
Make ahead by prepping the cream cheese base up to 2 days in advance. Store it covered in the fridge. You can also prep the fruit earlier in the day.
