Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers Mix with a little melted butter.
For the Pudding Layer
  • 2 cups vanilla or banana pudding Mixed with whipped topping for fluffiness.
  • 1 cup whipped topping Lightly folded into the pudding.
For the Fruit Layer
  • 2 medium bananas Sliced right before serving.
  • 1 cup strawberries Sliced, or whole if preferred.
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks Can be fresh or canned.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup whipped topping For garnish.
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup For drizzling.
  • 1 piece cherry Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers with melted butter and mix well.
  2. Layer the crumb mixture at the bottom of each cup, pressing down lightly.
  3. In another bowl, mix the pudding with the whipped topping until well combined.
  4. Spoon the pudding mixture over the crumb layer in each cup.
  5. Add a layer of sliced bananas, strawberries, and pineapple on top of the pudding.
  6. Top with a swirl of whipped topping, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and a cherry if desired.

Notes

These dessert cups can be made ahead of time. To prevent bananas from browning, slice them right before serving or toss them with a little lemon juice. These cups are best enjoyed within 24 hours but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
