Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, half of the shredded cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir in most of the chopped bacon, saving a little for the top.
Baking
- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese and bacon on top.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Broil for an additional 1 to 2 minutes for extra browning if desired.
Notes
You can prepare this dip ahead of time by mixing the ingredients, covering, and refrigerating. Bake straight from the fridge, adding 5 to 10 minutes to bake time. This dip is best served with tortilla chips, pita chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
