Preparation
  1. Melt the butter in a small pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for about a minute, stirring continuously.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk or half-and-half to prevent lumps.
  5. Once the mixture thickens, remove from heat and stir in the parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.
  6. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning as needed.
  7. Let it cool slightly before spreading it on your pizza crust.

Notes

This sauce keeps in the fridge for up to three days. Avoid freezing as it may become grainy. Perfect for pizza, pasta, or other dishes.
