Ingredients
  

Punch Ingredients
  • 2 liters Lemon lime soda, chilled
  • 2 cups Pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 to 2 quarts Rainbow sherbet or any fruity sherbet you love
  • 1 handful Cotton candy for topping each cup Add just before serving
Optional Ingredients
  • 1 splash Sparkling water To taste, if you want it less sweet
  • to taste Edible glitter or sprinkles For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chill the lemon lime soda and pineapple juice.
  2. Add the pineapple juice to a large punch bowl.
  3. Pour in the lemon lime soda slowly to avoid excessive fizzing.
  4. Scoop the sherbet into the punch bowl on top of the soda and juice.
  5. Gently stir a few times to create ribbons of color.
  6. Serve immediately with a tuft of cotton candy on top of each cup.

Notes

Keep everything cold for best results. Do not over stir to maintain the punch's fizz and appearance. For themed parties, consider variations like the Red White and Blue Sherbet Punch Bowl.
