Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs Or chocolate wafer crumbs for extra chocolate flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar Optional, depending on the sweetness of the crumbs.
  • 1/3 cup Butter Melted butter to bind the crust.
Filling
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows Provides fluffiness.
  • 1/2 cup Milk or half-and-half Milk for a lighter feel; half-and-half for a richer texture.
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips Can substitute with dark chocolate.
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Room temperature for smooth blending.
  • 2 cups Whipped cream or whipped topping Ensure it's fully whipped before folding.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Enhances chocolate flavor.
  • 1 pinch Salt Brings out chocolate flavors.

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until it resembles damp sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Chill the crust while preparing the filling.
Make the Filling
  1. In a medium saucepan, warm milk with mini marshmallows over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and a pinch of salt until glossy.
  3. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft and smooth.
  5. Blend the cooled chocolate-marshmallow mixture into the cream cheese until silky.
  6. Gently fold in whipped cream using a spatula.
  7. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.

Notes

To ensure a clean slice, cool the chocolate mixture before folding in the whipped cream. Chill for a full 6 hours or overnight for best results.
