This has quickly become one of our favorite breakfast recipes. We love the sweetness of the rolls with the savory bacon, cheddar, and ranch. These are equally delicious dipped in some maple syrup. YUM! We serve these breakfast sandwiches with cheese grits or roasted potatoes for breakfast. A green salad is our go-to lunch and dinner side dish. One bite and these sandwiches are sure to become a favorite at your house too.

Crack Breakfast Sliders recipe – sweet Hawaiian rolls stuffed with cheddar, bacon, and scrambled eggs and topped with savory ranch butter. One bite and this is sure to become your favorite breakfast recipe! Hawaiian rolls, bacon, cheddar, ranch dressing mix, butter, eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Great for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.
Equipment:
Glass Mixing Bowls
12-inch Non-Stick Skillet
9×13-inch Baking Dish
Ingredients:
8 large eggs
¼ cup heavy cream
salt & pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp butter
1 lb bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 tsp ranch dressing mix
1 (12-oz) package Hawaiian rolls
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and scramble. Set aside.
Cook bacon slices in the skillet over medium-high heat until crispy. Cut bacon slices into 4 pieces each. Set aside. Without separating the rolls, cut the entire loaf horizontally and place the bottoms in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on the bottom of the rolls. Layer scrambled eggs, bacon slices, and top with remaining cheese. Place the top buns on top of the cheese.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter and ranch dressing mix. Brush ranch butter over the tops of the rolls.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the rolls are warm.
