We’re all in need of some comfort food at the moment! So here’s a recipe that’s super gourmet and not at all light: Nutella doughnuts, or of course with the spread of your choice.
It’s actually the same recipe as the jam doughnuts I’d already posted on the blog. But as I hadn’t posted a video on my Youtube channel at the time, I’ve made them differently, with Nutella.
You can use a commercial spread, but the best is always homemade Nutella!
The recipe is really very easy. I’ve included a recipe for a small quantity of doughnuts (8), because they really do taste better on the big day. Of course, if you expect to eat more quickly, don’t hesitate to double the quantities!
In this recipe, I use fresh yeast. You can also use dry baker’s yeast, using half of it. You’ll first need to dissolve it in a little warm milk (which you’ll take from the 80 ml of milk in the recipe).
Treat your taste buds to the heavenly delight of donuts you made yourself. With this simple recipe, we’ll show you how to make these tasty treats that are sure to become a family favorite.
