Ingredients

For the Graham Cracker Crust
  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs Crushed until sandy
  • 1/4 cup Sugar Optional, for sweetness
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
For the Pie Filling
  • 1 package Instant vanilla pudding mix For structure and flavor
  • 2 cups Cold milk To activate the pudding
  • 1 container Whipped topping or whipped cream To add airiness
  • 1/2 cup White chocolate Optional, for extra sweetness

Method

Graham Cracker Crust
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking the crust.
  2. Mix crushed graham cracker crumbs, sugar (if using), and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a pie dish, especially around the edges.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes if using the baked version. Let cool completely.
Prepare the Filling
  1. In a bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping or whipped cream until well combined.
  3. If using, melt white chocolate and gently mix in.
Assemble the Pie
  1. Pour the filling into the cooled graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  2. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Serve
  1. Add any desired toppings just before serving for freshness and crunch.

Notes

The pie can be made a day in advance for better flavor. For a firmer result, consider using Cool Whip.
