Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 large large flour tortillas Burrito size rolls work best.
  • 8 oz deli turkey Thin slices are easier to layer.
  • 4 slices cooked bacon Cook until crisp, then cool.
  • 4 oz cheese (cheddar, provolone, or Swiss) Use your preferred cheese.
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce Pat dry before using.
  • 1 medium tomato Optional; if using, slice thin and blot.
Spreads & Seasonings
  • 4 oz cream cheese Softened to spread easily.
  • 2 tbsp mayo or ranch Just enough for that club sandwich feel.
  • Salt and pepper To taste; add garlic powder for extra flavor if desired.

Method

Assembly
  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board.
  2. Spread softened cream cheese in a thin layer all over the tortilla.
  3. Add a light swipe of mayo or ranch right on top.
  4. Layer lettuce first to act as a barrier.
  5. Add turkey in an even layer, overlapping slices slightly.
  6. Add cheese, then bacon, then optional tomatoes.
  7. Roll it up tightly starting at one end.
  8. Wrap the whole roll in plastic wrap or foil and chill for at least 20 minutes.
  9. Slice into 1 inch rounds and serve.

Notes

Chill the roll before slicing to ensure clean cuts. Store in a tight container with a paper towel to catch moisture if pre-sliced.
