  • 4 pieces Soft tortillas Flour tortillas work best
  • 8 slices Deli turkey Thin slices roll easier
  • 4 slices Cheese slices (cheddar, provolone, or mozzarella)
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese Acts as the glue for the pinwheels
Optional Extras
  • 1 cup Baby spinach Optional, adds nutrition
  • 1 cup Thin cucumber strips Optional, keep dry to avoid sogginess
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce Optional, ensures crunch
  • to taste Mustard Optional, for an extra kick

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board.
  2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese all over the tortilla.
  3. Layer on the deli turkey and then the cheese slices.
  4. If using optional veggies, keep them in a thin layer.
  5. Roll the tortilla up tightly.
  6. Slice into 1-inch rounds and serve.

Notes

Warm tortillas for better rolling. Chill before slicing for neat cuts. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
