Preparation
- Wash and cut your potatoes into small bite size cubes, aiming for around 1/2 inch.
- Pat them dry with paper towels.
- Toss the potatoes in a bowl with oil and all the spices, making sure each piece gets coated.
Cooking
- Air fry at 400 F for about 12 to 16 minutes, shaking the basket a couple times, until browned and tender.
Assembly
- Pile the hot potatoes in a bowl, drizzle warm nacho cheese, add a scoop of sour cream, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Add optional toppings and serve immediately.
Notes
If cheese sauce is thick, warm it with a splash of milk until pourable. You can also make this in the oven at 425 F if preferred.
