  • 2 cups frozen watermelon cubes Freeze watermelon cubes for at least 4 hours.
  • 1 to 1.5 cups frozen strawberries Freeze strawberries for at least 4 hours.
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons lime or lemon juice Adjust based on preference for tartness.
  • 2 to 6 tablespoons water, coconut water, or juice For blending; add as needed.
  • sweetener (honey or simple syrup) Add only if needed based on fruit sweetness.

Method
 

Blending
  1. Start with cold, frozen ingredients for the best texture.
  2. Place frozen watermelon cubes and strawberries into a blender.
  3. Add lime or lemon juice, and water or coconut water.
  4. If sweetener is needed, add it based on taste.
  5. Blend starting on a low speed to get everything moving, then increase speed.
  6. If the blender struggles, stop and stir the mixture once or twice, adding more liquid as necessary.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness, adding more sweetener or citrus as desired.

Notes

Serve in chilled glasses for a refreshing drink. Garnish with a fruit slice or mint sprig for added appeal.
