Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk your instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk for about a minute until it starts to thicken.
- Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture looks fluffy and smooth.
Layering
- In a 9x13 pan, lay down a single layer of graham crackers and break them to fit the edges.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries, covering most of the surface.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, then the remaining pudding mixture.
- Top with one last layer of graham crackers.
- Spread the strawberry glaze or pie filling over the top.
Chill
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Notes
For decorating: add fresh strawberry fans, dollops of whipped topping, graham cracker crumbs, or white chocolate curls. To make it patriotic, layer with blueberries for holidays.
