Preparation
- Put the milk or yogurt in the blender first, then add the frozen banana and strawberries on top.
- Blend on low, stopping to scrape down the sides, and then blend again until smooth.
- If the blend is stuck, add a small splash of milk one tablespoon at a time.
Serving
- Pour the blended smoothie base into a bowl and smooth it out with a spoon.
- Add your chosen toppings right away.
- For presentation, arrange toppings in rows or simply sprinkle them on.
Notes
Freeze banana slices ahead of time for ease. Use less liquid initially, as you can always add more if needed. Always include a pinch of salt to enhance flavors.
