Preparation and Cooking
- Spray the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick spray.
- Add softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts and well-drained spinach.
- Cook on LOW for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- When hot and creamy, switch to WARM for serving.
Notes
Variations include making it extra cheesy or spicy, or adding bacon for a protein boost. Made ahead of time, the dip tastes even better after flavors meld together. Be careful to drain spinach and artichokes well to prevent a watery dip.
