- Drain the tuna well to avoid a watery filling.
- In a bowl, mix the tuna with mayonnaise or yogurt, a squeeze of lime, a pinch of salt, and your spicy sauce.
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out a bit of avocado from the center to make room for the filling.
- Spoon the spicy tuna mixture into the avocado halves.
- Top with green onion, sesame seeds, or any toppings you prefer.
Notes
For best results, cut avocados right before serving. You can prepare the tuna mixture ahead and store it in an airtight container for up to 2 days. If the mixture feels dry after a day, stir in a spoon of mayo or yogurt.
