Preparation
- Transfer sweetened condensed milk into small heat-safe jars and seal with lids finger tight.
- Place a towel on the bottom of your slow cooker and set jars on top.
- Cover jars with water by at least 1 inch.
Cooking
- Cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours until the color is a deep gold.
- Let the jars cool before opening.
Notes
Store in a sealed jar for up to 2 weeks. Warm gently to loosen before serving. For thicker sauce, cook longer and chill before use. Keep water level steady during cooking.
