Preparation
- Brown the meat in a skillet with a small pinch of salt, then drain the grease.
- Cube the Velveeta cheese into smaller pieces.
- Add the cheese, can of Rotel, and the cooked meat to the slow cooker.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on LOW for about 1 to 2 hours, stirring every 20 to 30 minutes until fully melted and smooth.
- Switch to WARM for serving once creamy.
Notes
For a creamier dip, add 4 ounces of cream cheese. You can make it thicker by using less Rotel juice. If you want more heat, use Hot Rotel or add jalapenos.
