  • 1 large tub Rainbow sherbet
  • 2 liters Lemon lime soda (chilled) Regular or diet
  • 1 cup Pineapple juice (chilled) Adds a bright sweet tang
Optional Variations
  • 1 liter Ginger ale Can be used instead of lemon lime soda for a spicy sparkle
  • 1 cup Club soda A splash for less sweetness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chill the punch bowl or drink dispenser in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes.
  2. Pour in the pineapple juice first.
  3. Slowly add the lemon lime soda to avoid a bubbly eruption.
  4. Scoop big rounds of rainbow sherbet on top, around 8 to 12 scoops.
  5. Give it a gentle stir to swirl the colors.
Serving
  1. Use clear cups for visibility and lidded cups if serving outdoors.
  2. Provide a ladle or measuring cup for easy serving.
  3. Keep a second tub of sherbet in the freezer for refills during the party.
