- Pour in the pineapple juice first.
- Slowly add the lemon lime soda to avoid a bubbly eruption.
- Scoop big rounds of rainbow sherbet on top, around 8 to 12 scoops.
- Give it a gentle stir to swirl the colors.
Serving
- Use clear cups for visibility and lidded cups if serving outdoors.
- Provide a ladle or measuring cup for easy serving.
- Keep a second tub of sherbet in the freezer for refills during the party.
