Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (or 375°F if your oven runs hot).
- Cut the potatoes into 1-inch pieces and trim the green beans.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Spread the potatoes on a lined sheet pan and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
Cooking
- After 20 minutes, add the sausage to the sheet pan with the potatoes and continue roasting for an additional 10 minutes.
- Add the green beans to the sheet pan and roast everything together for another 5-10 minutes, until the veggies are tender and the sausage is browned.
Notes
For best results, ensure the potatoes are cut into similar sizes and do not overcrowd the pan to allow proper roasting. If you have time, a quick microwave for the potatoes before roasting can help.
