  • 8 ounces whipped topping or homemade whipped cream For a light, fluffy filling.
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract Use less to start, as it is powerful.
  • 1 drop green food coloring Optional for a festive look.
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate For classic mint chocolate flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in sweetened condensed milk, mint extract, salt, and food coloring until combined.
  3. Fold in whipped topping gently to keep the mixture airy.
  4. Stir in mini chocolate chips last.
  5. Spread the mixture into the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.

Notes
