- Spread the cauliflower out on a baking sheet in one layer, giving it room to roast.
Cooking
- Roast for about 20 minutes, then flip or stir, and roast for an additional 8 to 15 minutes until browned and tender.
- Sprinkle Parmesan over the hot cauliflower and return to the oven for 2 to 4 minutes until melted.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with a pinch more salt and a squeeze of lemon if desired.
Notes
For best results, ensure to dry the cauliflower thoroughly to avoid moisture. Use finely grated Parmesan for better melting. Store leftovers in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
