Preparation
- Add the sliced strawberries and blueberries to the punch bowl first, being gentle if the berries are super ripe.
- Pour in the lemonade, starting with about half the bowl to adjust later.
- Right before serving, pour in the prosecco and sparkling water to keep the bubbles lively.
- Scoop in a few big scoops of ice cream or berry sherbet to float on top.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more lemonade if desired, or lighten with more sparkling water.
Notes
You can prepare the fruit 24 hours ahead and chill the liquids overnight. Add bubbly last to keep it fresh. Use frozen fruit as ice cubes for no dilution.
