Preparation
- Mash raspberries in the bottom of a bowl with a fork until juice starts flowing.
- Juice the lemons, rolling them on the counter first for better juice extraction.
- Combine the lemon juice, raspberry mash, sweetener, and cold water in a pitcher.
- Taste the mixture before adding rose water, adjusting sweetness as necessary.
- Add rose water slowly, stirring and tasting until the desired floral flavor is reached.
- For a frozen drink, blend the mixture with ice.
- Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes for better flavor melding before serving.
Serving
- Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of each glass, dip in sugar, and garnish with fresh raspberries.
- Serve with ice, and enjoy your refreshing Raspberry Rose Lemonade!
Notes
The drink can last in the fridge for about 2-3 days. Stir before serving because fruit settles. Make sure to add sweetener gradually to avoid overly sweet lemonade.
