  • 1 large tub rainbow sherbet (about 1.5 quarts) Any sherbet flavor can work.
  • 2 liters lemon lime soda, chilled Ensure it's chilled to prevent flattening.
  • 4 cups pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 liter ginger ale (optional) Adds extra zip.
  • 1 ice ring or a few cups of ice (optional) Helpful in warmer rooms.

Preparation
  1. Pour the pineapple juice into the punch bowl first.
  2. Add the lemon lime soda and ginger ale next.
  3. Scoop the sherbet on top in big fluffy scoops.
  4. Allow it to foam and melt into a creamy layer, then gently swirl to keep the colors marbled.

Notes

Chill all ingredients and serve immediately for best results. Optional garnishes include fruit slices, maraschino cherries, or additional sherbet scoops right before serving.
