Preparation
- Chop the Crunchie bars into irregular chunks.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, chopped Crunchie bars, and mini marshmallows.
- Melt the chocolate and golden syrup together in the microwave or over low heat until glossy.
- Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is coated.
- Flatten the mixture into a lined baking tin, pressing down firmly.
Chilling
- Refrigerate for at least 90 minutes until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Let the slice set in the coldest part of your fridge. For neater slices, run a knife under hot water before cutting. Sprinkle sea salt on top for added flavor if desired. Bakes perfectly even without the oven!
