Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuits Regular size.
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce Add more if you like it saucy.
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese Can mix with a little cheddar.
  • 1 handful Pepperoni Plus extra for topping.
Optional Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cooked sausage or cooked ground beef Optional.
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder A pinch.
  • to taste Mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, chopped spinach Optional add-ins.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
  3. Cut biscuits into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, toss biscuit pieces with pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, half the cheese, and your chosen toppings.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese and extra pepperoni.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  2. Let the casserole rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure the baking dish is greased to prevent sticking. Use cooked meat only, and let the casserole rest to help it set up for easier serving.
