Preparation
- Pour about 9 cups of crispy rice cereal into a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt 1½ cups of white chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of butter, checking every 30 seconds and stirring.
- Stir in the packet of instant pistachio pudding mix into the melted chocolate mixture until well combined.
- Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently stir until everything is coated.
- In a large zip bag, add 2 cups of powdered sugar and the coated cereal. Zip it tightly and shake until well coated.
- Spread the mixture onto parchment paper and let it dry for 20–30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For gifting, consider using clear treat bags or mason jars with ribbons. This snack lasts in a sealed container for up to a week and can be frozen for up to a month.
