- For the pistachio layer, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until it begins to thicken, then pour over the cream layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, top with extra whipped topping and a sprinkle of chopped pistachios.
