Preparation
- Chill your juices and rum if you can.
- In a pitcher, add pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice.
- Pour in the rum and stir well.
- Taste it. Adjust sweetness with grenadine or brightness with more lime.
- Add a big handful of ice to the pitcher.
- Right before serving, stir in the soda for fizz.
- Pour into glasses with extra ice and garnish as desired.
Notes
For a lighter punch, use only light rum and sparkling water. For a sweeter version, add lemon lime soda and extra grenadine. If you're serving a crowd, keep some rum on the side for guests to customize their drinks.
