- Blend pineapple with cold water until smooth.
- Add mint and blend briefly to keep it fresh tasting.
- Strain if you want it super smooth, or skip straining if you like a little texture.
- Taste and adjust with lime juice and sweetener if needed.
- Chill, pour over ice, and enjoy.
Notes
Agua fresca can be made with other fruits such as mango, watermelon, or peaches. If using frozen fruit, let it thaw a bit or blend with extra water. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
