  • 2-3 cups chilled sparkling water or lemon lime soda Adjust according to preferred fizziness.
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh lime juice Optional, adds brightness.
  • Ice Ice For serving.

Method
 

Mixing
  1. Pour the chilled pineapple juice and coconut milk into a large pitcher and stir until smooth.
  2. Add the fresh lime juice if using and stir to combine.
  3. Right before serving, add ice and pour in the chilled sparkling water. Mix gently.
Serving
  1. Garnish with pineapple slices, lime rounds, cherries, and mint as desired.

Notes
