Main ingredients
  • 1 package Mini sausages or cocktail wieners Use more if desired
  • 1-2 cans Refrigerated crescent dough Depending on how many you are making
  • 1 each Egg Optional, for a shiny top
  • as needed each Everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds Optional, adds flavor
  • as needed each Nonstick spray or parchment paper For lining the baking sheet

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Follow package instructions if different.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Cut each triangle into 2-3 smaller triangles.
  4. Place a mini sausage at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
  5. If desired, whisk the egg and lightly brush the tops of the rolled sausages. Sprinkle with seasoning.
Baking
  1. Bake for 11-15 minutes until deep golden and cooked through.

Notes

For best results, keep dough cold until ready to roll. If using cheese, reheat gently to avoid burning.
