Preparation
- Lay out half of your pretzels on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add a small dab of peanut butter on each pretzel, about half a teaspoon.
- Top each one with another pretzel to make sandwiches and press gently.
- Place one chocolate piece on each pretzel stack.
- Microwave in short bursts (15 seconds) until chocolate is glossy and soft, about 30 to 60 seconds total.
- Press down the chocolate slightly with a spoon or finger, and add sprinkles or salt if desired.
- Chill until set, about 20 minutes in the fridge or 10 minutes in the freezer.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. They're good at room temperature for a couple of days, but chill for firmer chocolate.
