- Grab a jar or container with a lid.
- Add the oats, cocoa powder (if using), salt, and chia seeds (if using) and stir to combine.
- Add the milk, mashed banana, and peanut butter, and mix well.
- If using chocolate chips, stir some in now and save a few for the morning.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
Serving
- In the morning, give it a stir and, if too thick, add a splash of milk.
- Top with banana slices, extra peanut butter, and a few chocolate chips.
- Enjoy straight from the jar.
