  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar Only if fruit is very tart.
  • as needed ice Optional, depends on thickness desired.

Method

Preparation
  1. Add 1 and 1/2 cups frozen peaches to the blender.
  2. Add 1 cup frozen raspberries.
  3. Pour in about 3/4 cup lemonade to start.
  4. Blend until it starts moving, then stop and scrape the sides if needed.
  5. If it is too thick, add a bit more lemonade, a splash at a time.
  6. If it is too thin, add a handful of ice or more frozen fruit and blend again.
  7. Taste and adjust. Add a squeeze of lemon for extra zing, or a teaspoon of honey if it is too tart.
Serving
  1. Serve it right away for the most slushy texture.
  2. If you let it sit, it will melt into a smoothie texture.

Notes

Chill your glasses for 10 minutes before serving to keep the slush colder longer. Consider garnishing with a lemon slice or fresh raspberries for an extra special touch.
