- Drain the peaches well and chop them into bite-sized pieces if they are sliced.
- In a big bowl, stir together the instant pudding mix and sour cream (or Greek yogurt) until combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until it is smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in the peaches and mini marshmallows. If using nuts, add them at this step.
- Cover and chill for at least 1 to 2 hours before serving to allow it to set and the flavors to meld.
Notes
For best texture, drain peaches thoroughly to avoid a runny mixture. Chill well for the fluff to set properly. This dessert can be made the night before, but it may loosen slightly overnight.
