Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened Let sit out for 30 minutes to soften.
  • 1 small box Instant vanilla pudding mix (about 3.4 ounces)
  • 1.5 cups Milk, cold
  • 8 ounces Whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 20-25 cookies Oreos, crushed Save some for topping.
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows (optional) Add when kids are around.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk for about 1 to 2 minutes until it thickens.
  3. Pour the pudding mixture into the cream cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until just combined.
  5. Fold in most of the crushed Oreos, saving a handful for the top.
  6. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour, preferably 2 hours.
  7. Sprinkle the saved Oreos on top right before serving.

Notes

For a fun twist, you can use golden Oreos, add peanut butter, or mix in chocolate chips. Serve as a dip with fresh fruits or graham crackers.
