  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated Optional for a creamy finish.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large pan, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken and brown on all sides until cooked through.
  4. Lower the heat and add the minced garlic, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the egg noodles and cook until tender, as per package instructions.
  7. Finish with a squeeze of lemon and stir in optional parmesan if using.

Notes

To prevent overcooking, consider searing and setting the chicken aside before cooking noodles. Adjust salt levels carefully, especially with added parmesan.
