Preparation
- Make the crust: Crush graham crackers or chocolate cookies. Stir in melted butter and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.

- Mix the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add peanut butter, vanilla, and salt. Mix in powdered sugar, followed by the whipped topping. Spread over the chilled crust.
Topping
- Melt chocolate chips with peanut butter, stirring until shiny. Drizzle over the filling, spreading gently. Chill until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serving
- Slice cold with a sharp knife, wiping between cuts for clean edges.
Notes
For best texture, use full-fat cream cheese and chill before serving. These bars can be customized with different flavors or toppings as desired.
