Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened Use full-fat for best texture.
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream, cold Cold cream whips better.
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar or powdered sugar Either will sweeten the filling.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances flavor.

  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder For a richer chocolate flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips For added texture.
  • 1/4 cup Crushed nuts Can be added to layers.
  • 1/4 cup Caramel or chocolate sauce For drizzling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
Assembly
  1. Crumble the brownies into chunks, mixing smaller and larger pieces for texture.
  2. In serving glasses, start by adding a layer of brownie pieces.
  3. Add a generous layer of cheesecake filling over the brownies.
  4. If desired, drizzle chocolate or caramel over the cheesecake filling.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with cheesecake and topping with a sprinkle of brownie crumbs or shaved chocolate.
  6. Chill the parfaits for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.

Notes
