- Chill the pie for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

- Slice and serve, wiping the knife between cuts for clean slices.
Notes
This pie needs sufficient chill time to set properly. If using frozen blueberries, cook with sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch to avoid excess water.
