  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt Balances sweetness.

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest Adds brightness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine milk, chia seeds, sweetener, vanilla, salt, and blueberries in a jar or bowl.
  2. Stir really well to ensure chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  3. Wait 5 to 10 minutes, then stir again to break up clumps.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Notes

Serve with toppings such as fresh blueberries, granola, nut butter, yogurt, or dark chocolate chips. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for 4 to 5 days.
