  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 cups Shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)
  • 2-3 tablespoons Cocoa powder Adjust to taste.
  • 0.5 cups Peanut butter (creamy is easiest) If using natural peanut butter, stir well before measuring.

Preparation Steps
  1. In a big bowl, mix the dry ingredients: graham crumbs, shredded coconut, and cocoa powder.
  2. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter. Mix until it forms a thick dough.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to make rolling easier.
  4. Use a spoon or a small cookie scoop to roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Roll the balls in shredded coconut or your choice of coating, then chill again until firm (another 30 minutes).

Notes

These treats can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days or in the freezer for 2-3 months. Use mini cupcake liners for storage to prevent sticking. If using sprinkles as a coating, some may bleed color after a few days in the fridge.
