- In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut and graham cracker crumbs, mixing well.
- Add the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the bowl.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the ingredients and mix until combined.
- Scoop out small spoonfuls and roll them into balls, placing on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes if desired, but they can be enjoyed immediately.

You can also add variations like almond butter, mini M&Ms, or cocoa powder.
