Ingredients
  

Coffee Base
  • 1 cup Cold brew or strongly brewed coffee, chilled Use strong coffee for best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Milk of choice Any milk you prefer, optional for a softer drink.
  • 2 tablespoons Lavender honey syrup See syrup preparation below.
  • 1 teaspoon Honey Use to taste.
Cold Foam
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream For making the cold foam.
  • 2 tablespoons Milk To combine with heavy cream for foam.
  • 1 teaspoon Lavender honey syrup For flavoring the cold foam.
  • a few drops Vanilla extract Optional for additional flavor.
For Syrup
  • 2-3 tablespoons Water Warm water for dissolving honey.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried culinary lavender Ensure it's culinary grade.
Extras
  • as needed Ice To serve.

Method
 

Prepare Lavender Honey Syrup
  1. Warm 2-3 tablespoons of water in a small saucepan or microwave-safe cup until warm, not boiling.
  2. Stir in 1-2 teaspoons of honey until it melts.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of dried culinary lavender. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Strain out the lavender buds and adjust sweetness, if necessary.
Build the Coffee Base
  1. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the chilled coffee.
  2. Add milk and stir in the lavender honey syrup to taste.
Make the Cold Foam
  1. In a small cup, combine heavy cream, milk, and lavender honey syrup.
  2. Froth the mixture for 15-30 seconds until thicker and pillowy.
  3. Pour or spoon the cold foam over the iced coffee slowly for a layered effect.

Notes

Ensure to use culinary lavender for the best flavor. Adjust the sweetness and lavender strength to your preference. This drink can also be enjoyed hot.
