Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay small mounds of shredded mozzarella cheese on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place a slice of pepperoni on each mound of cheese.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese are bubbly and brown.
- Remove from the oven and let chips cool completely on the baking sheet before attempting to pick them up.
Notes
For the best texture, do not overcrowd the cheese mounds on the baking sheet and allow complete cooling before serving. Store in an airflow-friendly container to maintain crispiness.
