  • 4 cups Powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Sweetened shredded coconut For flavor and texture
  • 3 tbsp Ground cinnamon For rolling

  • 1/2 cup Chopped nuts For added crunch (optional)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract A splash for extra flavor (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar until fully incorporated.
  3. Stir in the shredded coconut until a thick dough forms.
  4. Cover and chill the mixture for about 30 minutes.
Rolling
  1. Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in size.
  2. Roll each ball in cinnamon until fully coated, then place on a plate or tray.
  3. Chill again until firm, then serve.

Notes

If mixture is sticky, slightly damp hands may help. Chill longer if too soft, or let sit out if too stiff. Use a fork to toss in cinnamon if needed to avoid sticking.
